Is this a coaching program?
No. The Fertility Case Analysis & Strategy Session is a standalone assessment service designed to provide clarity, identify potential fertility obstacles, and create a personalized roadmap for moving forward.
Will I receive personalized recommendations?
Yes. Following your consultation, you'll receive a written Fertility Prescription Report that includes recommendations, testing priorities, supplement guidance, and suggested next steps based on your individual situation.
Who reviews my case?
Your case is personally reviewed by Iva Keene, MRMed, ND, Founder of Natural Fertility Prescription.

Before your consultation, Iva spends several hours reviewing your questionnaires, medical history, laboratory findings, fertility history, and any supporting documentation you provide.
Can I submit existing test results and reports?
Yes. We encourage you to submit any relevant laboratory findings, fertility investigations, semen analyses, specialist reports, and previous treatment information so they can be considered during your assessment.
Is the consultation private?
Absolutely. Your consultation is conducted privately with Iva and all information is handled confidentially.
Is this service refundable?
No. Due to the significant amount of professional time required to review records, prepare for the consultation, conduct the consultation, and create your personalized report, this service is non-refundable once purchased.
What happens if I decide to join an NFP fertility program?
If you enroll in an NFP fertility program within 30 days of your Case Analysis, your full $999 investment will be credited toward your enrollment. You simply pay the difference.
Is this suitable if I'm planning IVF, IUI, or other fertility treatments?
Yes. Many clients use the Fertility Case Analysis & Strategy Session while preparing for IVF, IUI, ICSI, donor egg cycles, or other assisted reproductive treatments.

The goal is to identify potential factors that may be impacting fertility, uncover areas that may require further investigation, and help optimize your overall health and fertility before treatment whenever possible.

Many couples find that having a comprehensive review of their case helps them feel more informed and confident about their next steps.
Is this suitable if I've already done IVF?

IVF/ICSI/IUI:

You can spend $20,000 to $100,000 on invasive ART (assisted reproductive technology) treatments that MAY OR MAY NOT result in pregnancy. In fact, the average rate of successful pregnancies during an IVF cycle is just 30% (lower if you are over 40). AND, if the treatment fails, your body is (at best) at the same level of natural fertility; at worst, in a declined state.

Nondescript Natural Remedies:

You can continue to utilize generic, non-specific remedies and supplements that may even offer guarantees to get you pregnant. Some might help, and some might not.
